Newborn | Carson

This is sweet newborn baby Carson. When I captured these sweet shots, he was one day shy of being two weeks old! Isn't he a doll!? Carson was so itty bitty and adorable, I even got to rock him and hold him a little bit. It made me long for the days when my babies were that little...

On another note, I rented a macro lens (Canon 100mm f/2.8 to be exact) specifically for this shoot. I loved it! I thought it might be a good way to capture all the little details that we tend to forget as our newborn babies grow up.  I'd love some more practice with the macro. Just line me up some more newborns!
