I hate laundry, but I absolutely love to fold my daughters' little clothes. All the sweet little onesies, cotton dresses and sleepers are just so precious. I love all the pretty patterns of pink and yellow; all the polka dots, flowers and stripes. When my girls get bigger, I know that folding their sweet little clothes, fresh out of the dryer, will be one thing that I really miss.
I love my little girls. They are so precious. I am so thankful that God has entrusted them to us for a little while. We had Anna Brooke pretty early in our marriage, Brooks and I didn't have too much "alone time." Of course I don't regret having our girls, but sometimes I do want to just do whatever I want to without any children to consider! I know that it is such a blessing that we are even able to have children. So many couples have a hard time having a baby--and we have two! I am very thankful, and I won't ever take their lives for granted. I know they will grow up so quickly (because they already are). Thank you, God, for the sweet blessings that You have given us!
